This is not “crying wolf.” I understand what you’re getting at in terms of relative harms, but thinking along these lines and then telling people they can only call out the worst possible offensive behavior is a problem.

These assholes are already entitled enough without having to make a “statement” to “hold Starbucks accountable” by being dicks to baristas. Why do conservatives, who apparently have some ongoing fascination with Starbucks, feel a need to band together to be rude to its employees periodically? It’s bizarre.
