Based entirely on what I'm reading here, he doesn't respect your time which means he doesn't respect you or see you as an equal. You can definitely find someone that is worth your valuable precious time. I'm guessing it's not this guy.
Honestly I think you sound rather whiney and incredibly immature. Not everyone is lucky enough to have parents that truly care. And yes, most parents prefer that their kids not binge drink or have random casual sex so maybe don't tell her like every other parent child relationship.
