We take the stairs.
We take the stairs.
Yeah, it was obviously a joke, but fun nonetheless. I genuinely love being part of such a positive gaming community.
I caught the part of the stream yesterday when Cosmo and Deej crashed it. They kept saying if they raised x amount, Luke Smith would hop on the stream and tell everyone where the 7th chest is in the Vault of Glass. Say what you will about Destiny, but the community is one of the best out there.
In other words, this was a very successful technical test! Clearly, they received some valuable feedback that would have been disastrous if the game launched like that. Personally, I really like that more and more console games are doing public Alpha’s. I feel like all of the games that have gone this route have…
I have the white PS4 right now, which is rivaled in looks only by that sexy white Xbox One S. This...thing...doesn’t look good at all.
Hah! Friends are from Terryville/Bristol and they said the only decent spot around was the boulevard. Small world.
The center of Simsbury and West Hartford Center/Blueback are pretty decent loops.
Nah, we went to visit a buddy that moved to Queens and caught the NYFC game at Yankee Stadium. They just couldn't put their phones away once they realized how many stops and gyms there are compared to where we live.
Went to NYC yesterday and my friends were amazed at the amount of Pokemon and stops in the city (we live in a not-very-heavily populated small down in CT). By the end of a full day, they couldn't even cap sub-100 pokes. I wonder if this is why?
‘twas a joke.
All of these hero shorts are so, so well done, but this one made me feel. I mean, I'll never play as Bastion for so much as a single second because fuck his skill-less existence. But feels, for sure.
You don’t get the joooooooooke.
Schreier’s Cat(?): The game is both on schedule and delayed until such time that Jason Schreier reports that it is delayed. Then, it is delayed. Unless you live on 4chan. There, the game is always on-time, and you can trust everyone. They called Gamestops.
Didn't even need to read the article to know it was those Team Instinct losers. Sad!
My god, that first letter hit close to home. I dated my first girlfriend for 7 years, grew way out of love with her, but stayed because she had a rough family life (my family had become her family) and I felt bad for her. I also started to develop feelings for a coworker that made matters worse - except I decided to…
What a class act Storm is though.
I find this to be reminiscent of the early days of Destiny - where it seemed like Bungie was determined to stop people from playing the game in unintended ways rather than fixing the underlying problems with their loot system and end-game meta. They eventually came around and opened a great dialogue with the community…
Yes to all of this.
I do too and it’s making me irrationally angry. WHY DO YOU LOOK SO GOOD YOU NEAT LITTLE WHITE XBOX?!
The funny thing is, if Niantic were actively communicating about the issues players have been encountering - just a simple “Hey, we know a ton of you are having trouble logging into our servers, and we’re working on it as quickly as we can” - it would make a world of difference. Just talk!
