It’s *really* interesting how developers that produce new content for games a year after release actually expect people to spend money on said content, in the hopes that the game evolves over time and remains relevant.

Why? They’re only locked out of the content that grants Y2 rewards exclusively, which makes complete sense. I’ve played a metric fuck ton of TTK in the past few days and I am still disgustingly overwhelmed with things to do. It is well worth $40 to upgrade.

It has always been so. For TDB, all saved packages decrypted to Vanilla. For HoW, all saved packages decrypted to TDB.

Thing to keep in mind - TTK chest armors will have modifiers to reduce/increase incoming/outgoing damage from elemental sources. This change was necessary to balance burn modifiers.
