Dude, this is the Gawker group. They don’t permit your point of view here.

Why is it an automatic that it’s bad that Uber has the subs as drivers rather than employees? I realize that’s the core position of the GMG here. But really-there are positives and negatives to it from the POV of the drivers. It’s not all one thing or the other.

These pics are more exciting than an Instagram model.

As a bald man, I’d be all over the ‘maro with a mullet. It’d grow out.

They were never as economical as people remember. They’ve always been status cars for certain “classes” of people and they were priced accordingly.

Plaid is great...this is...not so great. I think it’s going to age rather poorly.

I’d bet this was all digital-push the app through a piece of software that spits it out formatted for all the schools on the list. A lot of upfront dev. cost for sure.

That sounds like a hypothesis that needs testing. I’ll let you know how it goes later.

Children’s life insurance doubles as a (very poor) savings vehicle. Most policies allow a cash out at 18 to help pay for college or can convert to whole life and be part of retirement plan. It’s also a terrible deal. Gerber Life is, or was, the big seller.

Representing the 860 here.

No hate for buying a kid a car for graduation even if they didn’t deserve it. It’s your money and your kid. Enjoy it.
