As a thin woman who does a shit load of yoga (because I'm a yoga teacher) but who also eats like a crazy person, I acknowledge readily that the main reason I am built the way I am is because I hit the genetic lottery.

I totally agree with you! My main beef (other than, you know, the widespread sexual abuse) is that people will just not start their journey because of some severely flawed egoist who has nothing to do with what yoga is.
