Can I vote for the Raiders? They’re the only ones seeming to have any fucking fun in the wasteland. Everyone else is just too goddamn serious for my taste.

The REAL question is why can’t I build a mannequin and also equip it with armor ala Skyrim so I can have a sweet armory/showroom in my house?
