THANK YOU!!!! Although I think you would be surprised at how many of us care about cars. I am looking at the service advisors that work for me and of the 4, 2 of them have a love for cars, and have projects that they are both building as we speak.

That’s what you don’t understand, 90 percent of the people we see do not care about what they are driving, it’s an appliance to them. Car lovers at dealerships do exist, we are here.

Go be a service advisor at a dealership!!

So much this. I love when I go to lunch with the older guys at work and they bust out that huge fat wallet they have been sitting on for an hour that is filled with gas and Home Depot receipts. Why are you carrying all that round?!? My Father carries around a wallet in his back pocket and a money clip in his front

So I think I might know the tiniest bit of background on this vehicle. There can not be that many red 1st gen Vipers around with this many miles. About 2 years ago when I was looking for Vipers an ad popped up on CL for a high mileage red 1st Gen. I called the number in the ad because it was advertised at 13k, the

You dealt with the wrong dealership, you can swing by and I will let you test drive a Vette and I don’t even work in sales.

Every year, try 15-30 per quarter.

As a service manager for a large dealership, if my dealer principle came to me with this idea I would do everything I could to talk him out of it. Contrary to popular belief we actually do care about our customers and something of this magnitude would keep me up at night. I would want the car parked in my office so I

I think you would be surprised at the number of dealers that DON’T sell 1000 cars in a year.

We had one and sold it at MSRP.

Click-Bait for sure.

Can confirm, that is a factory dirty Subaru floor mat in the picture. Look at the picture again and you can see the Subaru logo on the mat. Yes they do come in plastic, it probably came with both set of mats and one is in the back still in the plastic. We used to throw away the set they didn’t want all the time.

I work for a dealership that carries many different brands including Subaru and can confirm that we outsource the photos that end up on the web for car listings.

Counter point, got married, got rid of my FJ80 with roof rack and lift, sold my 65 Cadillac, sold my Cooper S, sold my wife’s Saturn Vue, got her an FJ100, and then bought an E36 M3 and E46 M3. It’s all about who you marry. Just to add, yes we own a home and have 2 kids. My 40th birthday is this year and my wife gave

*COUGH* rod bearings...

Do you really think that the only interesting thing about a Tesla is it’s 0-60?

I don’t know where you live but an unmodified mint Miata costs way more than 1000-1500.

Isn’t that black E46 supercharged?

I bought an E36 M3 for 4k with 80k, completely original from a lady. Clean Carfax too!
