I’m sorry, this is a show about vampires and witches and zombies. Why would a show like that have a normal human man, albeit one so charming and amazing as Jackie Daytona?

One man’s too much Kristen Schaal is another man’s just the right amount of Kristen Schaal

We run the grease racket in this town. And the shovel racket, too.

We sold 2 seas to the fish people of Atlantis, now we aren’t allowed to talk about them. I’ll miss them.

YOU’RE MISSING THE BIGGER PICTURE HERE

Maybe there was a secret off-the-books settlement, and closing the door on any future lawsuits was the stipulation? Maybe Blake just ran out of money, or didn’t want to go on?

Both Sandler and Myers should have had that “Oh COME ON!” moments years and years ago.

True story: Brent Jennings, David Ury, and Sonya Cassidy all shopped at my store during part of 2018. The weird part is none of them knew the other lived so close to each other. They just had this weirdo Lodge 49 superfan (me) bewildering them with praise and trivia.

Didn’t ol Fake-o only scam rich people though? I guess the hotels she scammed probably offset their losses at the expense of their lower-paid workers, huh?

So they’re continuing to try to make this aggressively average rich person a thing.

He could very well transition into ultraconservative politics.

It’s the same for me, and that’s pretty much been Marvel’s real overarching strategy: appeal to the inner 10-12 year old, while keeping all of the non-nerds on board who liked Iron Man.

LMAO “scrotes”.

Kundalini yoga is just as bad. The “founder” was a sex creep and had slaves. His successors have all been some degree of awful too. I think there was one “leader” who, before she died, went HARD-right during the pandemic, and was mixing it up with Nazis, etc.

There is just a butt-load of that behavior in yoga, new age religions, and especially a lot of established religions.

Honestly that started in like 1974-1981. 2014 is where it hit the gas pedal.

I don’t miss anything about that man, least of all his misogyny

Supposedly, Miller has “seen the light” since he published Holy Terror in the midst of some kind of breakdown, and moved away from his fascist Islamophobic fervor. I don’t know if he’s just gone boring liberal or something more interesting, because I don’t care about him. I think his best work is firmly behind him.
