Utopia is a perfect society. Asking for a WORKABLE society that provides methods to gain a reasonable education, and wage - for those who seek it, is not a utopian concept. There are other countries who have done this, and earlier ages in the USA itself, that prove this a reasonable and workable idea.

The whole concept of Trade Colleges has been similarly, undercut. It costs money to attend these, similarly useful and gainful employment teaching facilities.
