This show’s so good. It shouldn’t be this good. It’s silly and tonally inconsistent and funny and fun. The direction is excellent. DANGERBOAT.

They need to get this on Netflix so the first season gets some eyeballs before the new one. It’s a black comedy Parks and Rec, I really hope it hits its stride this year

Followed quickly by:

“People of Earth, Thanos accepts your gratitude!”

“My work here is done.”

I don’t think the Soul Stone is in Wakanda. I think it will be missing until the third act of Avengers 4, after Thanos has collected all of the other Infinity Stones, and the Avengers are scrambling to find the last one before he can. At some point, Tony Stark will freak out, screaming, “If it’s not in Wakanda, where

It feels like a wry joke that the live album pick for Leonard Cohen is other people performing his songs.

I like that Rebecca is apparently good friends with BJ Novak, no backstory given.

Period Sex forever.

It doesn’t just kind of sound like it, it sounds suspiciously similar. Especially given Crazy Ex-Girlfriend’s recent publicity with awards show noms, I’m surprised they’d have the balls to be this blatant with the premise.

And yet this post is filled with white men screaming that this post is stupid and diversity doesn’t matter

I thought last year’s bit with Kristen Stewart was the perfect capper.

Natalie Portman gangster-rapping will never get old for me. Ever. But I was still holding out some hope Vanessa Bayer would come back for one more Totinos spot this year. The lack of her not feeding her hungry guys was definitely felt.

If the Emmys could stop nominating the same people/shows, Rachel Bloom would be a lock.

The sole purpose of this post is to acknowledge and celebrate Rene Gube, who is freaking hilarious as Father Brah and apparently a brilliant writer as well. Thank you for your time.

It was pointed out on Reddit etc. already, but:

I had a practically identical conversation about Aziz at a dinner of three couples out at a restaurant last weekend. I mean, they hit the notes of that conversation practically perfectly (in our case), other than the ending anyway. It cut pretty close to home, so I loved it.
