I don’t like the valve stem caps. For that reason, and that reason ALONE, I will not be buying one.

“He’s right, you know.”

All cars are a luxury to the man who rides the bus. Except Nissans, those are trash.”

Pretty much how I feel about every “supercar” or “hypercar” that comes out these days. Yet another wild looking, hugely expensive, massively powerful car that I’ll probably never see except in pictures, let alone have the chance to drive. Another crazy looking, crazy expensive, crazy powerful car that will spend its

Thank you.  If my house was leveled and my boss is that much of a ass to where I can’t take a few days to figure out my next move then he ain’t my boss for much longer.  I’m loyal but to my family first.

I lived in a town that took a EF-4+ / possible EF-5 right at rush hour a couple years before I moved there. The tornado went right down a major road and threw cars all over the place.

Neutral: The US just broke the record for dividend payouts and yet still can’t seem to keep afloat without cutting their workforce. Automation and Electrification are easy scapegoats, but the reality is corporate America’s priorities don’t lie with the company itself, but with shortsighted profits for their investors.

Yup. Few do and how many of those have modern electrical? If you’re lucky enough to live in a newer building that may have a 120V power outlet, the HOA can get all pissy about “free electricity” even if you offer to pay. My carpoolmate is lucky enough to have a spot in a new parking garage with a 120V outlet a few

This was at Boston Logan airport, and the rates for the dates we needed it for (checked on both Travelocity and Costco) were the same. We took a vacation to Albuquerque last year and an Abarth 124 was *cheaper* than the cheapest subcompact we could find at a major rental place ($48/day vs ~$50+).

Exactly.

You sound just like me. I love cars. But buying them is awful. I’ve become so cynical about the whole thing, mostly because no one makes anything I want to buy, so anything I could buy is not only expensive but also not what I want. Talk about soul destroying. “Here are your options. You hate all of them and they cost

OK, I feel like I have to make a confession here. While I love cars, I fucking hate car ownership. Every single aspect seems purposefully designed to suck the life and enjoyment out of it. Buying a car is a huge pain, with shady dealerships, hard-salesmanship from “the finance guy”, pre-optioned models and locked-in

It appears that he is, and this is the only documented instance of that ever being cool.

A-fucking-men, I read through article and just felt disdain for the uninspired western consumerist culture that we’ve allowed to fester. This car, just like many of the other CUV’s is just bloated and watered down.

I understand this reply in that there are lots of keyboard drivers around—I’ll stand up as a guy who has money and is ready to buy a new car, but I can’t find anything remotely interesting that’s being built.

Which one is supposed to be the better looking one?

Every Subaru should come with a 5 year, 100,000 mile drivetrain warranty.

I don't care if the actual car was rubbish, it was a firm favourite in my matchbox car collection.

This Laser is not to be confused with the similar-looking Chrysler Conquest that replaced it, by the way, which was a rebadged Mitsubishi Starion. Or the Plymouth Laser that came after that, which was a rebadged Mitsubishi Eclipse.
