I personally found all-weathers to be a good compromise; especially for the wallet. For me it was a matter of space mostly, because I don’t have enough space in my apartment or storage to house a second set of wheels. Surprisingly, not a lot of people know about all-weathers, they just think they’re the same thing as

I agree that if you want true winter performance, you need a dedicated winter tire. However, you can get by with all-weathers (not all seasons). If I was in a super remote area where ice and snow are a day to day thing, then yeah, absolutely, winter tires all the way.

For me it was a matter of space more rather than performance, but I find all-weathers (not all seasons, people confuse the two all the time) to be a good compromise. I got Nokian WG3's on my Outback and been pretty happy with them.

When I bought my Outback, it came with regular all-season Bridgestones; they were okay, but I knew that I had to replace them; it’s hard to explain that to other Subaru owners or those who have awd on their vehicles that the awd is only effective if you have the right tires. I ended up getting a set of all-weather

I know; it was just a fan creation. But fuck it looked good.

Shit, I thought that was an Acadia for a sec.

The vehicle in the leaked image is what is called a Bronco-(TBD) like of like Apple has an iPad and an iPad Mini. Ford plans to have a full line of off-road capable SUVs that are named Bronco. The one we are all waiting for will just be called “Bronco” and will be the flagship of the line.

Ah yes. The one that looks like a burst balloon.

“People get way too judgy of what other people like or works well for them.”

True. And if you don’t care about the paint and if it’s not your daily driver.

Funny you mention that. I finally got the chance to test out the X-Mode on my Outback this past weekend when I narrowly survived drove up a rugged logging road up a mountain. It was a wild road wayyy out of the Outback’s comfort zone, but it climbed it like a champ with zero wheel slip, alongside lifted 4Runners &

Am I the only one who’s not impressed by this? (if this really is gonna be what the actual Bronco will look like) - It just looks like a beefy Flex-Explorer hybrid... nothing really special or related to what Ford’s been teasing us with in the last few years.

My mind is spinning with ideas. What would YOU put this monster in?

I think it’s safe to say, there’s a lot of... crazy missing from modern car design in general. This Acura just loudly reflects the age we live in. Sadly, crazy doesn’t sell cars anymore; it only appeals to the select, unhinged few.

Ooops. Meant Integra

Hmm... good point. It’s so absurd that I don’t know if I hate it or love it. I’m honestly perplexed, lol.

Dayyyum son that’s awesome.

This thing is amazing and hilarious all at the same time. I have NEVER thought of a mid-engine Acura, let alone with a big-ass ol’ Detroit mill sitting in it! Fucking splendid. Question I have to ask though, is if they were still going to drop a V8 in the middle of the thing, WHY a heavy iron lump like the Caddy V8? I

“I’m proud of you”? No need to be a dick man. You really misunderstood and twisted my statement... what I said has nothing to do with me “moralizing myself” and “feeling superior” - cost living has gone up, I mean, no fucking shit lol. But you cannot ignore that our society is driven by mass consumerism; it’s MUCH

Is anyone surprised though? I sure as hell am not. This has been happening in Canada for years, it just so happens that someone finally noticed. We’ve got the same people with the same desires to own that shiny new thing every 2 or 3 years, financial security be damned. We live in a disposable society where nothing is
