I found The Commuter to be the worst film I’ve seen in 2018. I’d easily rank it as the worst Liam Neeson film to date.

I have not even seen Twin Peaks, and even I know that David Lynch was robbed

I have a feeling that Ron Howard’s Apollo 13 will still be a better film than First Man and High Life.

Still no mention of American History X?! It’s hands down my favorite film from 1998. Edward Norton, Edward Furlong, and Fairuza Balk’s best acting. It’s still relevant and a testimony to how people are indoctrinated into racism and Neo-Nazi ideologies.

1. American History X

Ang Lee’s Hulk is unfortunately terrible, but I recall really liking Nick Nolte’s final monologue where he’s screaming at Bruce. I have not seen it in years, so it probably hasn’t aged well.

Hollow Man came out after Sleepers and The River Wild was just 2 years before Sleepers, so it’s the same era. Keven Bacon started out famous for Footloose and Tremors. Then, he started to do a string of villainous roles.

Kevin Bacon in Sleepers is terrifying. He’s normally the likable hero.

Dinosaur Jr. is the best band. Every indie rock band had ripped them off for decades.

Christopher Robin is very similar to Hook, but I really liked it. The animals are so cute and Ewan plays alongside them well.

I’m seeing Christopher Robin tomorrow!

Legion, Howard’s End, & Twin Peaks got snubbed HARD

No Twin Peaks or Legion?!

I didn’t like Jennifer Lawrence’s Russian accent that came and went, but other than that, I liked Red Sparrow a lot. It’s a pretty brutal story, but well written and shockingly well executed. The cinematography, score, and acting is all pretty impressive.

No problem! I really like Gate 13. It’s very fast paced and short. Fun bouncy beats and Del’s rhymes make me laugh. It might rank higher on my list by year end because I keep going back to it.

The Commuter is honestly the worst movie I have seen from 2018.

1. First Reformed

Yeah! Amp Live produced all the beats too! Del sounds great.

1. Pusha T - Daytona

Vinnie was an incredible drummer. Really intense and inventive in his playing. RIP Vinnie Paul Abbott & Dimebag Darrell
