You have a version featuring stale, encrypted Korean hoagies?

I'm still holding out for Super Dave vs. the Nazis, myself.

Clooney returned only after he was publicly shamed by Anthony Edwards for turning down the cameo appearance despite not having any scheduling conflicts.

The three Klingons from the Original Series (and the disguised one from The Trouble with Tribbles) guest starred on Deep Space Nine with one of them coming back every other season. And they weren't McCoy in the Next Gen pilot old.

He chose an Amazing Stories reboot over Star Trek after publicly saying for years that showrunning a Star Trek series was his dream job and he had already developed detailed plans for it (set near the Original Series time/production design-wise; a black woman non-captain for the protagonist; a heavily serialized story

They've been taking notes from Axanar.

Exactly, he would have just been written out like Zhaan on Farscape or the furry dude from Andromeda.

Him choosing to showrun Amazing Stories of all things alongside American Gods over Discovery and American Gods is making more and more sense every day.

It's a damn shame too. The movie series is back on track after Truther Khan. The serialized tie-in novels are strong as hell on average and have been for nearly a decade now.

I didn't mean to imply that he wasn't actively involved in the other series. He most definitely was:

The rest of the series sucked, but Torchwood: Children of Earth was amazing.

Yeah, I meant avoiding Torchwood: Miracle Day. Doctor Who's fourth series was great.

Davies focused on Doctor Who and (post-Who) Seasons 3-4 of Torchwood, while he had Chibnall oversee Seasons 1-2 of Torchwood and Gareth Roberts & Phil Ford oversee The Sarah Jane Adventures.

It's a bunch of videos that Captain Jack made for him.

Yeah. I'm loving Bill too and really hope she continues on, but I also love the idea of Davies' Who, Moffat's Who and Chibnall's Who basically being three distinct TV series each with their own beginnings, middles and ends.

The Season 2 plus column also has James Marsters in a recurring role.

*puts in disc; horrifyingly realizes someone put the Battlestar Galactica miniseries in the box by mistake; awaits death's sweet embrace*

I hope he's good too. I think Davies' and Moffat's Who has been remarkably good for an extended revival of a cult series (right up there with Star Treks II-IV and VI, in my opinion) and would like to see that continue with a fresh voice and fresh ideas. Worst case scenario, ten (mostly) solid seasons is a great run,

Chibnall showran Seasons 1-2, while Davies showran both Season 3: Children of Earth (which is amazing and the only Torchwood anyone ever needs to see) and Season 4: Miracle Day (which is complete sh—).

I've dug most of Davies and Moffat's runs, but I'm still on the fence about Chibnall.
