I’ve been a part of or heard conversations just like this more than once. So don’t doubt that this is real. The last one I remember was when some old dude at work was bitching in Feb that there wasn’t a “white history month” and being 100 percent serious.

Anyone who actually pays for this fight deserves to be shot out of a cannon into the Sun. This is MacGregor agreeing to get his ass kicked for many millions of dollars. That’s it. Other than everyone counting on selling a bajillion pay-per-views and getting fuckin PAID, there is zero reason this fight should happen.…

If this fight does go through, I am predicting it will be rigged for McGregor to either look better than he ever could hope to, or to have it decided on some close decision ala the Rocky movie to piss everyone off in order to setup a rematch that even more people will pay to watch.
