This is always the case, but it is much easier to maintain a coloric deficit if you’re hunger is either almost gone or largely mitigated because A) high fat foods are very satiating, and B) you’re body just is drawing energy from burning your fat stores - which seems to lessen the intense hunger of that hits most…
