I have to admit that I’m impressed they were equipped with a fitted car cover already. That clearly comes from experience.

One of my favorites of 3rd party auto search engines is trying to select a manual transmission as a parameter. It still turns up just about every vehicle listed, especially from dealers. I typically just go through and flag them all as inappropriate.
I’ll only ever use Mobil1 from now on. I’ve run nothing but that in my lawn equipment. I drained the oil from one mower planning to do a complete change. I didn’t have the right filter at the time, so I left it empty with intentions on purchasing a filter.
Let me guess. They’ll badge this one the “Lightning”.
It’s already pretty common in EU to just remove all badging but brand.
My dad actually took me in his ‘77 Corolla to a Ford dealership when I was about to turn 16 to sign the paperwork on an ‘87 Mustang GT. He then handed me the keys to the Corolla and said “have a nice drive home.”
Coworker bought his daughter a 2017 Mustang 5.0. She totaled that at 3 months after rolling down an embankment when she lost control (Mustanging it).
I absolutely LOVE Apple’s stance on privacy, but this sort of stuff and how they handle 3rd party accessories (or covering up any virus/hacking stories) is what keeps me from ever buying into their ecosystem.
Nissan is the only one left making small pickups. The Tacoma and the GM Canyon/Colorado have become too oversized, heavy, and expensive. When last shopping, I couldn’t bring myself to buy a $40,000 Colorado that had negligible fuel economy gains and sacrificed so much interior space compared to the Silverado/Sierra…
While this may seem small, the back seat of the Panamera is what kept me from buying one a couple years ago. What’s the point of that large center console extending all the way through the back seat of it? With the Benz, you could still mount a child seat in the middle of the back row and seat 5 - not possible in the…
GM saves $0.07 per car by not having to have “SPORT” written on the trunk. That’s all the justification they need.
Since the advent of automatics, I don’t know very many people that actually use the parking brake. When automakers realized this, they moved it to a pedal on the floor. On occasion you could find a 3rd pedal AND a parking brake pedal, especially on work trucks.
The ‘60s models have been collectors for a while now. The ‘70s are getting to that point. While this is a nice, clean example, I still find it hard to NP it at that price. The fact that it has the 400 and doesn’t appear to be driven regularly suggests the motor will have issues sooner rather than later. BTW, this is…
It looks like a Mustang with a kidney bean grill. Maybe the price tag will keep it out of your typical Mustang car club exit mishap.
In the Cold War days, BFVs would be teamed with Abrams and Apaches for the initial infantry incursion. But, again, these tactics were developed around liberating FRIENDLY areas. The tacticians in these asymmetric wars were woefully unprepared for the attitude of the populations that resented our very existence, much…
The original HMMWV was designed to operate in already-secured spaces where the threat of large caliber weapons, RPGs, and IEDs were never involved. They were to be used to move men and materials rapidly between outposts, not engage in direct combat. They were designed for areas liberated by NATO from the Soviets.
Wrong. Minivans are the obvious choice - no ground clearance, all-wheel drive is available, gobs of cargo/passenger space.
Take a deeper look at the connections between Reviver and the California DOT or someone in gov’t and I’ll bet you’ll find out why they’re pushing them. This could easily lead to tax/mile or some 1984-type stuff.
