The live disc is probably my favorite from Keep an Eye On the Sky. It is kind of sad to hear how unenthusiastic the crowd seems to be, because the band just sounded like they were killing it. Sometimes I think I was born in the wrong decade.

I picked up the box set that came out a couple of years ago. It's my only exposure to the band. I'm definitely going to check out the reissues.
I thought that was going to be on the list. Such a sad, sad story.
I think you're right. I actually don't know anything about Herriman. Off to the internet!
No Krazy Kat?
I really don't have any room to complain… I love the Grateful Dead and so I realize I'm also part of a much maligned fanbase.
I live near Tahoe. Snowboarders apparently really love the weed and Sublime - intensely.
Yeah, I was trying to think of a user name that was an actual reference from Star Wars that is obscure, but couldn't think of one that worked, so I just used the phrase.
Nope, I'm a teacher the rest of the year and I wish either my regular or summer job paid half that rate. We've almost paid off our loan on our used '05 Grand Caravan, though.
Well, I think the whole thing is based on what the listener 'likes' - so nope. It's all just white guy reggae tunes. One of the other bands is called Slightly Stoopid - I thought it was Sublime, but the guys set me straight. The guys I work with are nice guys and all, but they do fit the frat-boy image that the…
Yeah, their Pandora station pretty much plays 'modern' reggae. It's pretty grating.
True that, I wouldn't mind some Skatalites, Prince Buster or even early Wailers. My brother is way in to traditional ska and I enjoy it enough on the occasions when he'll put it on.
They're a couple steps above Juggalos, in my book, but yeah - I try to avoid them when I can.
Ugh, for my summer job, I install cabinets and two of the guys I work with fuckin' LOVE this band. They stream Pandora Reggae and about every 4th or 5th song is either Sublime or some unknown (to me) band that sounds just like Sublime. They really are the worst. I didn't realize it until this summer. I agree 100%…
Tommy Ramone died. Bummer.
Receiving transmission from David Bowie's nipple antennae!
That is cool. My brother is a much bigger Melvins fan than I am, but I'll see if he's seen that picture. Nice little write-up about her too.
Yep. I scrolled down after I posted this and saw that someone else mentioned when Buzzo lived with them.
And her daughter was bassist for the Melvins for a spell.
So did John Landis.
