OP never said that the dude bought the car new. I just googled TVR and serial killer and McGhee was the first name that came across. There was also a posting from Yahoo cars that said “This is the wildest TVR” or something but wasn’t accessible any more.

My take is that BMW leaped ahead too quickly with the i-series and is taking a more rational approach to meeting consumer demand with high quality EVs.

I see ID3's literally every day, ID4s not so much and when I do, they have WOB licence plates. I ordered mine in Dec 2020 and picked it up in June, being among the first people to get one.

As an ID4 owner, I have to say that I really like the design of my car. Then again I’ve always been a fan of that Bauhaus-esque design of VeeDub. Other than that, the Teslas, Jaguars etc have been out waaaay longer than the ID4, so naturally you will see more of them.

Mr. Lee is the CEO of Conti NA and of Asian descent, so at least at the top spot there is some diversity.

As an ID4 owner, I really don’t get the supposed “blandness” - I find the car and it’s smaller sibling ID.3 to be quite handsome in a restrained yet futuristic way. Like a Golf for instance, which is what it’s supposed to be.

True, but I feel that we’re always looking at ethnic differences for diversity, while you could have a team of four Caucasians or four Asians or four Africans and they’d all be diverse because they all come from different cultural backgrounds or different countries and speak different languages.
