When they don’t WANT to get involved, the school district hides behind “it happened off campus”. When they DO want to get involved then it’s all “the school’s code of conduct applies at all times”.

That little bitch deserves to be charged too. 

Here is to hoping that the impeachment happens (it totally won’t happen) and that this man can never run for president again.
