as a nerd, I very very much agree with not cheaping out on a PC’s power supply. I’ll cheap out on everything else, but not the PSU. I had a PSU start semlling of burning plastic once. Cobbler is more complicated than pie. pie is just dough+fruit, takes 5 minutes to make, and 3 ingredients (flour, butter, fruit). I find pie with more than that usually inferior, ie store stuff where they try to hide inferior ingredients and old pies under misc. crap.

Industrial and home-made are so different they shouldn’t even be called the same. I’m OK with both for both mayo and ketchup, but they are loosely related, second cousins if that, not brothers.
