I don't think there's a one-size fits-all answer, because managing the budget is about cutting the non-essentials, and that depends on your priorities: the place, the activities, a sport, the people, the culture, the booze, the facebook posts, the music... ?
Don't forget backups. You need to get at least one extra, external drive, that you occasionnaly (weekly ?) plug into that NAS to backup the really important sutff (pictures, office files, not media), and then unplug and put away safely. kids, floods, robbers, viruses... Will kill/take your NAS along with your other…
What really bothers me about Windows is the mess disk or directory aggregation is. On y 6-disk home server, I ended not aggregating anything, because Storage Spaces is a joke, joining and RAID are a pain when you want to add disks or, especially, upgrade from a smaller disk to a larger one...

Yep, that's what I was thinking about when I advocated Vinyl. I thought Vinyl was american for Linoleum., my bad. Lino is nice.
What strikes me is how important quality variations are for each of those floorings. Prices can vary tenfold within a given type of flooring, and there's a reason for that.
1-We're the One True Religion. Because.
I'm rather for kids:
I've been switching from Chrome (storage and battery hog) to Opera too, both the regular version for wifi, and the "mini" version when on 3g. Both work fine.
local backup. Usually bettet UI. For laptops, offline composition/sorting...
The one feature that would convince me is missing: automatic login/authentification.
Get an Android phone with an SD slot, and a $40 64GB micro SD. Actually, with the money saved on the phone, you can get a $120 128GB microSD.
