For fuck's sake, it's a fucking optical illusion, not a civil liberties issue...

I did like "A Rogue by Any Other Name," so IDK. You might try a couple contemporary novels. "Sugar Daddy" by Lisa Kleypas is one of my favorites. I loved "Attachments" by Rainbow Rowall ("Eleanor & Park").

Paint is your best friend in this situation. You can paint whatever doesn't match your colors.

It totally does!

I think you just need to find the romance genre you really like. I love Regencies, but I can't stand anything else. Which ones did you try?

My boyfriend grew up lower middle class, and I grew up below the poverty line. But, his family didn't value education and mine did very much. His family watches TV and plays video games for entertainment. My family goes to museums and reads books. His family eats out all the time (to the detriment of their

Oh my goodness. I'm so sorry. That sounds horrifying. :(

This guy sounds like a winner...

Oh man. I feel bad for your younger self, but I'm so glad it turned out OK for you. Thank you for sharing your story!

Oh man. That sounds rough. :(

I know, right??

I am not your sweetie.

You are just a bundle of joy, aren't you??

Look on the bright side — some commenters who didn't know health insurance covers abortions may find out theirs does!

Wow! That's so inexpensive!!

I don't even watch it... I was just pointing out the error in the freaking post. *eyeroll*
