It really is. Not unless they’re going to pull something out of their ass. Like a Fallout 3/Oblivion/Morrowind remaster. I guess Arkane could have something, but aside from that and Doom Eternal, there isn’t enough for a show unless Bethesda Game Studio’s brings something. Typically whatever game BGS is showing off

Steam has actually tightened their content restrictions again in the past month. I’m shocked that it hasn’t been reported on by any major news site, but a developer tried to release an all ages visual novel on Steam, with a college setting, and the game was banned from the platform anyway despite doing nothing illegal

Yeah I would not. And apparently my reply to his comment got thrown out because it’s not here anymore. Odd.

“He was arguing that Steam shouldn’t have removed the rape game”

I never said Nintendo NEVER censored games. I specifically said that for the Switch they’ve been allowing everything and anything. Games that are censored on PS4 are not censored on Switch. They’re taking a different approach this time around and embracing everything rather than sticking their noses into the air and

It’s almost certainly Sony’s weird new policy, one which doesn’t make any sense because they were doing just fine before without it. Now they moved their HQ to California and suddenly they’ve gone puritanical. The weird part is that it really only seems to be affecting Japanese titles. I can’t really name any western

You’re not necessarily incorrect about Honey Select, though the drugs you’re thinking of are probably different. Obviously that’s arguing semantics, and I’m not saying I condone it either way.

Note that in my original post, I never said drop multiplayer entirely. I said separate it out, no crossover.

I’ve played Destiny 2. What I was trying to say was that if the game was developed from the ground up as a singleplayer only game, it would be better. It would obviously be lacking things that it has as a shared world shooter, but if we’re talking a hypothetical non-shared world shooter, than obviously they wouldn’t

PlayClub and PlayHome fall into the same category as this game. But Artificial Academy 2, Honey Select, and Koikatsu are the complete opposite of those and this. The graphics have gotten progressively better, and the animations are top notch. At least, outside of facial expressions anyway.

While I’m all for freedom of expression and pushing boundaries, this is going too far. Reminds me of Illusion’s more unsavory titles that will never officially leave Japan.

I’ve never heard “queer” used in this context before and that’s the second time today, so I had to look it up. As for her being “asexual” I doubt it. Looking up the definition of that too, since apparently it’s not quite what I thought it was, I’d have to disagree. Having played the game fairly recently for the first

I’ve been playing FFXIV for three years.

I’ve been playing FFXIV for three years now. The soundtrack and story are some of the best in the series. I just don’t much care for the multiplayer portion of the game, level-gating quests, etc. Plus they reuse a lot of stock animations for the cutscenes and every just stands around. It really could have used the

The trailers leading up to release made the story sound so good, and then it released and the story, like every other looter shooter I can think of, was short and shallow.

I have a habit of saying this very thing when it comes to multiplayer games. Like, I wish Final Fantasy XIV wasn’t an MMO and was instead a singleplayer RPG. Funnel more of that budget to polishing up the graphics and animations, make the main story look and sound even better. Heck, Destiny and Anthem would probably

In Aloy’s case I don’t think it’s because she’s queer. She shows little to no romantic interest in anyone, be they man, woman, or robot. I guess the devs decided that it wouldn’t be a focus for the first game in the series. There’s only maybe one character in the game she might have an interest in, and it’s a he, but

I starter with Yakuza 3, then played 4, Dead Souls, 5, 0, and 6. Then played the remakes of 1 and 2, and obviously the remake of Yakuza 1 does not include an English dub, and the reason future Yakuza games didn’t have English dubs was #1 because of sales, but also because #2 the dub was, as you say, not good. Judgment

He plays Majima in the English dub of the original Yakuza.

This is basically what I would do if a Yakuza game came out with an English dub. The original game had one I know, and Judgment is getting one miraculously, but the games are set in Japan, they’re practically virtual tourism, and there’s a lot of star power in the cast. Playing a Yakuza game in English would be a disse
