If it weren’t Oculus exclusive, especially to the damn Quest, it would be great.

I don’t understand how the western version is more feature complete. The changed outfits accounted for the same amount as there were before, and a slight dub change to reflect a few things. Other than that, we didn’t get the hot springs DLC which means the Japanese version was the complete one.

If you think no one will refund... well I don’t know how to put it, but it probably wouldn’t be nice. What I can tell you was that in the wake of the revelation that it would be the localized western version of the game, sales of the Japanese Wii U version of the game spiked. In other words the reaction to the news Read more

Close, but not quite. It would be easier to equate it to earlier Gundam games like Journey to Jaburo, Zeonic Front, or Crossfire(Though the Japan only Battlefield Record 0081, the follow-up to Crossfire, is a lot closer.).

Okay, now, keep those prices, but permanently add all Sony first party titles, and add an option to download rather than stream.

You’re missing Code Vein(PC, PS4, Xbox One) for September 27th. I’d consider that a “Big Game”.

Man I miss Sonic Riders. The opening theme to the original was awesome.

It’s apparently still censored, so hard pass for me.

Indeed. Two of these actually don’t even exist. The Gundam 00 Sequel was apparently a mistranslation despite the artwork. If I’m not mistaken it ended up being the stage play or something else. And the Iron-Blooded Orphans continuation turned out to be a mobile app called Urdr-Hunt. The first Hathaway’s Flash film was Read more

Yeah, the retconning to make Halo: Reach and Halo: The Fall of Reach mesh together is far from perfect. It’s like slapping a band-aid on a missing limb. Halo: Reach spans two months, the actual Battle of Reach that Fall of Reach depicts, is like only one to three days. As far as the book was concerned, the Covenant Read more

The novel you’re thinking of would be Halo: First Strike. It spans the entirety of the time between Halo 1 & 2. Even if it didn’t, there wouldn’t be enough time for any extended missions, not to mention all the remaining, living Spartan-II’s up until that point are named in the book, with the exception of Black and Read more

I really want either a remaster or sequel to Duelists of the Roses. That is my all-time favorite Yu-Gi-Oh game next to Falsebound Kingdom. You know, back when they used to change up the gameplay and make it more interesting, and had original stories rather than rehashes.

I would love to have a machine translator that works on running visual novels. So many I want to play that aren’t officially or unofficially translated, and as a result my only option is to learn Japanese. Which, while that would up my otaku game, it is a very time consuming process considering I have to learn how to Read more

That’s the double standard of American media unfortunately. We absolutely LOVE extreme violence and see nothing wrong with it(Except when there’s a tragedy, then suddenly it matters.), but god forbid little Timmy see’s a naked body or sex, two of the most natural things ever. He’ll be scarred and corrupted for life!

I admit that I’m not well versed in GOG’s policies. I only recall that when Steam originally went on its crusade to ban adult games before backtracking, GOG began offering those publishers/developers refuge on their platform, giving the impression that they were open to any and all kinds of games.

Like with any game, the publisher needs to make back what they spent on development and any marketing, which means selling a minimum amount of copies. When releasing a game in the West after having already released in Japan, the publisher then has to pay to have the game translated and potentially pay for any Read more

Some are censored and choose to either sell 18+ patches or release them elsewhere either for free or for a fee. However, some games are released on Steam completely uncensored without the need for a patch. What exactly the criteria is for this has yet to be determined as Valve apparently has no set guidelines for this Read more

There are a lot of people, at least in the US, who are puritanical to a fault. They view sex in things such as these to be bad and morally corrupt. The gaming community is slowly becoming more and more used to these sorts of games and a place is being carved out for them, but that comes with growing pains and those Read more

Epic has already stated that they have no interest in allowing “porn games” on their platform. They’ve taken a moral high ground on the subject. GOG is more open to such games, possibly more so than Steam, the issue is that GOG’s userbase is a fraction of EGS and Steam. Unfortunately, publishers of adult games don’t Read more

So, that is mainly based on a teardown video I had watched where someone took apart the old Joy-Con and the new ones that come with the V2. When they pulled them apart and looked at the analog sticks in particular, not necessarily the whole board, while the outward appearance of the sticks is identical, the base Read more
