You are the second person to say this, and yet, re-reading my original comment, I have no idea what gave anyone the impression that I didn’t think it was online only.
No one said it isn’t online-only. However, the lack of modding in any sense was never confirmed.
Adult mods in Stellaris are actually a thing? How does that even work? I could understand Crusader Kings II, but Stellaris?
This reminds me of a rumor that went around Pre-E3 that stated Bethesda was going to block outside modding for Fallout 76 and only allow curated mods, in an effort to curb adult mods and promote paid modding. Having the game only available via the Bethesda Launcher, could be a sign of that plan, and the game could be…
Regardless of the format, they’re still stories. And the stuff I read in English class, which I definitely remember was Shakespeare, was not modern English. So either the textbook I read it out of was incorrect, or something else isn’t right here.
I’m about as native English speaking as it gets, and English/History was my best subject in school. Still doesn’t bother me as much as it does some apparently.
I kind of have to agree with Jason on this one. When they announced Mario Party: The Top 100... for 3DS, I was completely baffled. Most of the minigames came from the older Mario Party titles that were on home consoles. Most of the fans that this game was meant to appeal to, the classic fans, were likely on the Wii…
Not yet. It took until the Japanese release of P3D and P5D before they announced both games would be coming to the west in 2019. Despite their massive boost in popularity, and likely funding, Atlus still does things the old-fashioned way. Japanese release first, western release months, maybe a year, later.
Honestly it never sounded off to me, but maybe that’s because I’ve grown up reading translations and old Shakespeare stories that use that kind of English, terrible or not, and so I just got used to it and it sounds natural to me. Though I also never thought about meanings.
Now, if they could please work on that PC port of Final Fantasy VI that doesn’t look so great, that’d be fantastic.

Meanwhile, microtransactions are being removed from past and future Forza games.
That actually sounds really good. Reminds me of Gundam Crossfire where you could destroy individual parts. Arms, legs, head, and chest. Taking out the chest was a KO, but you could damage the limbs to reduce their ability to fight and move, and damaging the head impaired other functions. I remember beating a level by…
Normally I’m one of the first people to scream censorship, but in this case, no. The original cover art is just weird and as something that’s the face of the game on the E-shop, it’s not great. A random kid could be scrolling through the E-shop and then they see that. The game can keep its content, just don’t make the…
That was the problem with Final Fantasy Type-0. You had 14 characters and odds are you were going to need them all for the endgame. But leveling in that game is potentially even slower than other Final Fantasy games. Luckily there was a workaround where you’d send a character off for special training, save, quit out,…
I’m really not looking forward to having to grind multiple characters. That’s the most annoying thing in any RPG.
After playing the game on PS4, I don’t think I’ll be double dipping. I didn’t find it very fun. Graphically it’s amazing, but I just could not get into it.
Why does that dancing guy remind me of Mr. Libido from Yakuza 0?
