A lot of the off-screen events have no relation to Kingsglaive or Brotherhood. A few might, but they included Kingsglaive cutscenes into the game so you wouldn’t have to watch the movie.

They’ve said nothing to that effect. The Engine is intended for use by multiple games with different needs, not just XV. Assets can reused where appliccable. I wouldn’t rule out prequels though, because there are definitely two characters who probably have stories of their own that could be told.

That’s what I like about the games. If you dig into it, you get all this depressing stuff that really fleshes out that this world isn’t as happy go lucky as you’d think.

Think about the time period that Conan is set in, not the time period in which this particular series was created in, or what year it is now. You should probably mention that they’re also now going to add voiceover for lines that were previously unvoiced. The delay is so that they can create a better localization. So we get dual audio, more voiceover, and even better translations.

The downside to the P-Series is that the input lag spikes when displaying games is 4K apparently. According to rtings.com, input lag for 1080p60 is 19ms. Input for 4K+60+HDR is 60+ms. The only way around this is to use the fifth HDMI slot, but that means you can’t use HDR.

I guess you didn’t read the interviews where they said the new protagonist, while military-trained, is not some big hero. He/She isn’t a supersoldier from the get go like Shepard. I don’t even think he/she is N7, just the father.

That is the most terrible voiceover I have ever heard. Like, it was painfully obvious that this guy has never done any voice acting before and there was no voice direction whatsoever so clearly someone else wasn’t doing their job properly.

Well it has all those things. It’s a JRPG with action elements, skill trees, reviewers who’ve played the preview said the story is surprisingly good, and it’s really open with lots of secrets to be found in the world.
