I also live in Chicago and have a small dog and I often take my dog in a soft carrier on the bus. On the El they prefer that they be in a hard case carrier but it can still be done.

They painted an almost identical mural of her right near where I work in Chicago. We don't know why but someone was filming them paint it. We didn't know who she was at first and thought they were opening a drag bar in the building.
