I had a nipple made (not out of vulva just other tissue) and tattooed. Unfortunately I am very light skinned and it scarred really bad. So it is basically a lumpy, bumpy, slightly darker ring that looks like a nipple that went through a paper shredder. Kinda wish now I had skipped that part.
