What, you don’t like “hot takes” on some dumb Tesla tweet-controvery-of-the-day?

Let’s just reboot Top Gear with Jason, David & Kristen.

Agree. Keep up the good works; my favorite sentence:

Yeah, I used to moderately enjoy some of his content, until he bolted chunks of steel box section on to the front of a Lotus Evora. I stopped watching after that; his cars are going to kill or seriously injure somebody someday. A front-end collision in that Evora will probably result in an amputed leg...

I believe Patton Oswald was on in one of the early seasons—3 perhaps?—anyway, the car was a Delorean. It broke down a time or two.  You should watch it.

Just fuck off

Favorite episode was Dana Carvey. I was reminded of it when watching CBS Sunday Morning this past weekend. Graham Nash did a spot on impersonation of Carvey doing the bit with the guitar. (Actually I think Carvey was doing Nash)

Misleading title when the quote is only discussing the Carrera.

Actually, that team count at the track is minimized right now.

Good lighting:

I don’t normally like to shit on authors (and this is probably too harsh...) but what the fuck was the point of that massive whinge? You had someone who knows what they’re doing offer to help you pretty much start to finish but you turn them down because you don’t want to feel stupid, yet somehow admitting that

They still sell the Nissan Z. Thats literally what you are describing.

I’d totally forgotten about that. I remember almost dying from laughter at my sad office cubicle.

This still baffles me and defies all logic. I’ll never forget watching this and knowing within .5 seconds that it was a joke. The station knew, that’s why they stated twice in the broadcast that “These are the names as confirmed by the NTSB” or whatever they said. But they went ahead with it anyway.

Tesla fanboi “that’s kind of amazing that someone could manufacture such a complex aluminum manifold... No way a legacy manufacturer could ever do that.”

I am also hampered in my pursuit of a 250 GTO by the fact I am not stupidly wealthy.

I thought the same thing. This person shouldn’t be buying a car like that if they don’t understand why the value is so high.

Wow. This got dark, quick.
