Let’s all just appreciate how hard these guys will run these cars. I saw them at the Historics at ‘Seca and they are nothing short of incredible. The racing is actually really good too.

“The switch to 18s is locked in for 2021, after a Covid-related delay from the original plan of introducing the setup in 2020"
How’d that work in CA for the last tax fee that was supposed to fund infrastructure? Was is spent wisely?
LOL you have no clue when hyperbole smacks you in the face. Everyone else figured it out.
FIA, show us the in car video from Bottas!
Got one of these for doing the centerlocks solo. Very convenient. Also allows you to ground the torque through the wheel so you get very little apparent torque in relation to the wheel. So someone doesn’t have to sit on the brakes to keep the wheel from moving.
Roybi doesn’t market their drills as “self drilling, just point and go” if they did, then maybe they should do something to make sure people are holding on correctly so the drill doesn’t fly away and hit them in the face.
Well everyone demands safer vehicles. The consumers demand vehicles that tower over everyone else for some reason. We are negating the gains, lets stop blaming the bad corporations for a second. If we all could be happy with smaller, lighter cars and bought those, then the gains would be there.
This extra insight makes it all the more hilarious
I’ll tell you how to do it. Commit to a 992 cup car. Commit to a year in IMSA Porsche Cup. Do that, then you can buy a GT3. Its not cheap, but it is easier to get one.
Robb, I’d love to read a review of you in a GT3R vs the 992 Cup car. I am very curious if that new front end means the new Cup is basically an old R, minus some aero. Hopefully someone can get you a ride in both for all of us!
Yea I know. I’m glad you understand that
The ban is because he missed his target and hit an innocent bystander. Learn this lesson people! If you’re going for revenge, make sure you’re accurate. That’s the real take home message from the FIA.
I don’t think Toto’s comments were about Russel’s behavior, but more about the driving. Everyone knows it is your worst day when teammates take each other out. Toto was pissed at Hamilton and Rosberg last time, and rightfully so. I didn’t see anywhere where Toto said, “Russel don’t hit your older teammate”
That’s the problem, you have to buy into a package. I can subscribe to F1.tv for a reasonable fee. IMSA puts all their races up on youtube the next day. The last series I’d like is Indy. Assuming they charge the same amount of F1 TV, those 3 combined don’t justify getting a package.
40:1? Man id be the bookie there. No way in hell he is at those high of odds.
Indycar get with the program of streaming! I wish the races would be available for us cord-cutters and buy our racing by the package.
Porsche uses .1 and .2 internally now with the 991. I think they stand out more with the generation argument in the .1 vs .2. Entire engine packages are changed, the body is lightly breathed on.
Honestly this sounds like Porsche with their tradition of .1 and .2 generations of a chassis. How would you classify those? If a 997.1 and a 997.2 are one generation to you, then there are 3 Viper generations. If they are different as many people think they are, then there are 5 generations.
He even booted it from my list and didn’t complain about it!
