Yea came here for this. The Ibis Mojo is 5 figures (depending on build) and has no motor. But the handling and grip is absolutely fantastic. It absolutely smokes even dedicated DH bikes on light/med duty runs

so I dipped my right toe to brush the rear brake”

It might be easier for them to think about this concept in terms of traction instead of weight bias. The torque is sent where the traction is, or else the wheel slips and still that amount of torque is applied.

Its the lane on the other side of the solid white line. It is sometimes a bit rough and full of trash, but it does its job.

Didn’t think I needed a /s with the attitude of Jalop to touch screens, but I guess so.

SCG’s instagram has been a goldmine of awesome pics of the progress. Wish I had an endless bucket of money to be part of it all

Holy shit. I don’t have enough fingers and toes to count the ways I’ll hurt myself with that.

Fuck I hope SCG kicks their ass. It would be the ultimate new Ferrari/Lambo story.

For how much he travels and depends on his well being for income, I’m surprised he doesn’t have a driver. I know at that level, I’d certainly consider it.

I’ve got a fucking idea. They could get rid of all the buttons and put it in a touchscreen.

Came here for this. Porsche executes beautifully in the 991 generation. In fact I was pissed with the new Cayenne and Taycan UI that got rid of a bunch of the buttons.

Honestly we already pay that much for fuel at the track. If that fuel was carbon neutral, I’d for sure pay that price

You are basically saying all lifted wagons are Outbacks? I suppose if someone kicks me in the face and I squint, I might see a resemblance.

Totally lost it at wiccans. This is gold.

Do you have any pointers to studies or guidance on this? I’ve always heard this, yet always found crimped connectors to be first to fail.

BTW everyone, get a gas powered solder iron for working in/under the car. They are excellent for portability and making quality wire connection. I wouldn’t use them on a PCA, but have with limited success

That rear wrap around tail light is just magical

I’m not sure what you are looking for with more exciting off season news than a new engine manufacturer coming to the sport?

I think part of what makes Red Bull so good is they can pull the right people into a team and have them work together effectively. Look how they managed to put the Honda engine to a debatable #2 out of when it was in last place at McLaren.

I’m just waiting for the day people can use their electric cars as battery packs for solar. For the power outages or just overall load balancing, I’d love to be able to use the electric car as a battery pack. Especially with backup gas vehicles to get to work on the off chance it is empty when I need it.
