Can you include some demographic numbers among college graduates in Computer Science and IT as well? I think the lack of diversity at tech companies is a symptom of the bigger problem - we still don’t have enough diversity among education in STEM fields.

I would be interested in seeing anything to back that up, if you have a resource for the information. (Legit professional interest.)
