JalopWedding

BTW we were married at the historic Packard Proving Grounds in suburban Detroit. Now if that’s not a Jalopnik-approved wedding, I don’t know what is!!

I am fairly certain at this point that there's some folks in the NPoCP world who vote absolutely anything at all a NP. No! No! A thousand no's. By the way, I'm literally on my way to go get married, checking in for the day on NPoCP.

Im just not in 'why the hell not' territory at that far over 100k for 7k. I'd have to love the look or vibe and I just don't. It's gotta be a little more 'special' for that money. That's just me, tho.

It'd be a fun ride for 2k. I guess I'm not the 'target audience'... Whoever the hell that may be.

Thats what I was thinking was coming if I kept reading. Didn't happen.

Yea I'd make it work at 2k. It'd be fun for a season or two...

I'm sure this isn't a new thought at this point but.... Kept reading hoping for a mitigating NP factor. Didn't find one. At all. So... Hell no? Damn, the car world is your oyster if you have 18k to burn. I'd get zero done this morning if I worked on a list of awesome cars I could buy for that money. I think this is a

+1

Now maybe a pristine Fox........................

This!

Only difference is the Camry was 3k and I'd go for it at that price. Even having had a few days to reconsider.

IMO this is what you do when you love your car and want to renew it at 100k miles so it'll be brand new and you can go on driving and loving it. The listing is baloney.

Man. Let's DO this.

From DD’ing a 2003 LR Discovery, I definitely know all too well about preventative and... reactionary?... Maintenance!!!!

Like a lot of LA listings on here, this one creeps me out a little. Lots of attention to big things while the small issues get swept under the rug, er, bra thing. As Mr Tebbs of Are You Being Served fame told us, tend to the small details because big things take care of themselves. For me, with this car, that would

Thousand percent agree

I do want this car and I bet the owner is a real piece of work. I'm known at my day gig for being good at dealing with those types (or maybe that's just the only compliment they can come up with for me, but I'll take it) so I'd be all-in. I know it's high and my dad would be going on about 'back when you and I were

Fast forward: no mechanic would be able to figure it out, I end up 7 grand deep with an SRT4 that doesn't work. Hell no.

I don't either. I'm joining your club. Blahhhh
