Burneko: WHY WOULD A LAUNDROMAT LIVE NEAR SOMEONE SO WRONG???

I hate you for beating me to the punch... although I was gonna phrase it as “nah imma stay”

Because those of us who have experienced it like to know that there are other people out there who went through it and thrived. This *IS* focusing on her gifts. IT’S INSPIRING, GUY

The ironic thing is that episode was sort of calling out this type of judgment on what is and isn't ok for women to present themselves as. Ultimately, she ended up calling Liz a Judas to women because she hated women who weren't like her and didn't fit her idea of what a good or right woman was. I think it's actually

public figured discussing their pasts like this normalizes it, and helps get rid of the shame for other people who have gone through the same thing. If it doesnt get talked about, it will continue to be swept under the rug and continue to happen

I’m Japanese, and my mom packed seaweed packets in my lunch, so maybe these Alaskan children are also Japanese (or otherwise Asian, or otherwise appreciative of/have parents who are appreciative of Asian food).

I wrote this down below but seaweed is a common food in Asia. If you’ve had sushi, then you’ve probably had nori, which is Japanese for edible seaweed.

It’s not common in the west, but it’s been a staple in the diet of people living in China, Japan and Korea for centuries.

This is the worst kind of Internet comment. To take time out of your day to express how much you don’t care about something. But in this case it’s an absurdity because this post is a link to her music. It’s available for you to listen to ^ right there. So you’re just intentionally being uncultured. Ariana Grande is

That makes sense. I would think that there is some middle person that tells the developers about the issue who could possibly put two and two together. It just seems like a major oversight that could have saved them some face. I’m just frustrated by it.

While this is really awesome. Why didn’t they think about how Siri would react to this when they had to deal with the suicide queries? I don’t feel like it’s that large of a mental leap to go from “Wow Siri is really not handling people how are suicidal that well” to “I wonder how Siri is handling people who are under

I don’t want to question too harshly the places people turn to for help in their darkest hour, but I can’t even get Siri to understand that when I ask it to find me a gas station, I mean a gas station in front of me, in the direction that I am already traveling, and not one that requires a U-turn or long detour

I’m impressed with how quickly Apple responded after it was more widely known. From an article in JAMA on 3/14 to a Siri update on 3/17 is some pretty impressive turnaround time.

“Siri I’m a mole woman.”

as the golden age of U.S. television becomes more like a collection of really long mini-films, other countries aren’t really as invested

I didn’t even notice him! Excellent illustration, by the way.

I GET NIPPLE ADJACENT BLACK HAIRS TOO AND SOMETIMES LOOKS AT MY BF AFTER TWEEZING THEM ALL AND ASK HIM HOW HE COULD EVER LEARN TO LOVE A BEAST THEY ARE THE WORRRRRSST

no just covering last night. After midnight I only want to see things I love.

1. Being pale is a beauty standard that was around long before white folks came over to the orient, which she mentions in the article. I don’t think the argument of “white supremacy” should be used with such broad strokes in regards to all the countries that sell skin bleaching products. I’m Chinese and we obviously
