Maybe we just want times where we don’t have to speak or listen to women.

I love sports b/c it is my escape. I can’t escape if women have entered my space. I don’t want them in my space. Sometimes, my male space needs to be just that...my male space.
Listening to Mendoza is a line I will not cross.
Although I enjoyed her analysis and think she is completely competent...Sunday Night Baseball is one of my favorite things...and to take my final weekend breath before gearing up for my work week having to listen to a female voice talking about my favorite sport in prime time makes me feel kinda sick. I am not happy…
Aweful choices there are so many better other analysts in the industry.....Suzanne Waldman for example....times have changed when I heard her Mendoza doing the games I felt no attraction with her voice or commentary. I miss Mccarver and the old school guys that did the games..

I feel in general it’s just not believable when someone who hasn’t played the game does color commentary, and that doesn’t just go for women, I feel the same way about a Tom Verducci or anyone else. It seems like their…
Who better to join the booth than someone who’s never played baseball and has only 1.5 years of color commentating experience?
