I think somebody needs to make a list of the games that would fall under this arbitrary label of violent, based on the above criteria. It just may wake up some of these people who don't understand the implications this will have as to what games they will no longer see on Wal-Mart and a lot of other retailer's…

@RockyRan: So glad to see someone fully understanding this here in the comments...I've only seen a few here and there that realize that this has nothing to do with the current rating system and only deals with the arbitrary label of 'violent'

It has nothing to do the rating on the game, as they define the criteria arbitrarily as 'too violent' which, depending on the people deciding on what 'too violent means' could cover…

@TV-PressPass: The thing is, instead of doing his more frequent baby step updates he was doing before, he is pretty much rolling a bunch of them up into one bigger update. From the sounds of it, a lot of stuff in SMP will be fixed.
