I’m assuming it’ll be like Mitsubishi did with the Eclipse.....a crossover.
Do it!
I nearly bought this just for the novelty:
Gnarly.
I live in snow country and have steel roofing on my home. It avalanches off like that every time (mine is steep enough that it won’t build up several feet like that, though). Very satisfying.
There are ways, some more legit than others. Completely dependent on the state, though.
I just walked outside and took this of my ‘00 Subaru Outback.
Pretty much exactly my thought process. There’s plenty of room underneath along the frame to put an electric pump and hydraulic tank.
As an owner of an 87 4Runner and a 90 Kawasaki jet-ski, I’ve seen that top picture a few times.
I’m sorry. I definitely saw it in school several times.
Blah blah blah
I get excited when I finally buy something with less then 150k miles. Just picked up one with 135k on it to be my wife’s new daily (i.e., the nicest thing we own).
I live in northern MN, so yea, I have snow tires on anything I drive in the winter. I keep them mounted on a spare set of wheels so I can swap back and forth with very little notice.
I don’t know why, but the WRC homologation versions of the 5th and 6th gen Celicas had a little spoiler at the back of the hood:
I’ve never been able to put my finger on how I feel about the Supra. Until now
It would be a huge farce, for sure. But the way this has all broken is super strange, and makes me question everything that they’ve said.
When they first released the video, they sure made it sound like that was the run, and only after being called out on it did they backpedal with a story blaming the studio responsible for the filming/editing for it.
I understand that he might not be focused on the speedo, but if you’re doing a record speed run, I can’t believe you wouldn’t glance. The footage of Bugatti topping the Veyron SS (with James May and with the Bugatti driver) had a digital GPS readout on the dash. Maybe that was just for Top Gear...
Certainly true in a plane. And probably true with someone unaccustomed to being at that speed (like myself, admittedly).
