The dog’s name (which I cannot spell) is a separate, specific mythological creature so the creativity and the amount of thought that went into this episode was incredible.

This is the first episode I learned that Nate was a professor. Clearly I wasn’t paying attention.
This checks out. Ray held his own against Neron’s possession last season (I mean, until he didn’t).
That whole subplot makes no sense other than being disturbing for shock value about a new “worst.” Heidi, who admits at the end of the episode to not considering Gretchen a real friend, went along with this? Heidi runs a struggling business that caters, at least in part, to people under the age of 18 and she was going…
I always remain cautiously optimistic because the Community cast hyped up their puppet episode which was mediocre.
It helps that Caity Lotz is 4'11" 5'6"
They show the high heels in shots which is part of what made me want to confirm her actual height. Which I did. Because I rock at research.
To your third stray observation: It would not at all surprise me if Zaratine(?) was conceived along the same lines of “Who knew Thomas F. Wilson was so much fun! Let’s change everything!”
I am very bored outside of work and this gave me a mission. According to her CV (which can be found on Shepherd Management’s website) she is 5'10"
Thrilled you’re enjoying the rewatch. The Supernatural thing was definitely wasted potential though anything involving a film set and a meta reference was doomed to fail. “Guest Starring John Noble” has that award locked up forever.
There was a convention where Stephen Amell mentioned pitching an Arrow/Supernatural…
Mick is such an underutilized character (and Dominic Purcell such a talent) on this show and it’s frustrating to see him hit it out of the park consistently only to be replaced. I loved Ray and Nate, but I thought that Heatwave & Haircut was fantastic and seemed to just get dropped for no reason.
So I was a big fan…
Hey, I would. Marc Evan Jackson’s beard is so much cooler than my COVID Shelter Beard.
I was also thinking that it would somehow be meth. Supplements are so underregulated I’m pretty sure you can sell meth if you call it VitaPower.
I am glad that I was not the only one. My assumption was going to be that Doug’s friends knew who Peralta was and convinced Peralta that they stole diamonds they had yet to steal so that it was in fact Jake who stole the diamonds. Peralta being friends with someone who had been convicted of felonies is a stretch, but…
In Mortal Khanbat when Zari 2.0 learns that Charlie is a shapeshifter, Charlie mentions she can “shapeshift into anyone,” Zari 2.0 says “anyone,” with something that looked like piqued interest. I would not (at this time) agree with Zarlie as a romantic relationship. That said, it seems like Charlie is getting closer.
I meant to type gidget, but I had no idea about the film!
I don’t think it’s chemistry, but I get a kick out of how Zari 2.0 refers to the computer as gadget.
I have mentioned in the past how I love when show’s incorporate an actor’s outside talents. I understand that “acting” is a bit of a stretch for an outside talent, but Tala Ashe and Matt Ryan’s actual Shakespearean acting was wonderful (especially when contrasted by the deliberate scenery chewing of the rest of the…
The art one was beautiful. “All of the painters were notoriously happy people.” I wonder how purposely the end result of the drawing was meant to be v.s. if it was a happy little accident.
Listen, if they can bring in Tim Meadows for a cameo, they can bring back Vanessa Bayer as Debbie “Ironically Head of a Prison Gang on Accident” Fogle. They did set it up with her women’s defense course.
