Agreed. Specific 7 shines from each level makes you wonder what the point of the other shines are, especially considering SM64/Galaxy/Odyssey generally only need X total macguffins.

No run->crouch->jump like in sM64, Galaxy,SM3dW/L, and Odyssey.
