@Gina,
If you use Wallpapr's search function, you may get links to photos outside of the wallpaper group. I searched for "rose" and got a link to a private page and was unceremoniously hustled off to my Flickr home page. :^)
Does anyone have any love for Window Live Writer? It can be used to create and post content to your blog.
If you happen to be a WordPress user, and c'mon, let's face it, you SHOULD be :^), here is a WordPress Plugin for SIMILE.
You can visit mycroft.mozdev.org for a simple way of adding the LH search, rather than having to download and copy files.
Looks like LH could use a select group of official testers to help take some of the workload off of the three amigos running the joint! :^)
@nemo fairbrother,

Forums? BAH! THIS space here is the forum, people. If LH builds a forum, then that takes away all of the quick and easy access to lifehacks. I would drop LH like a tonne of bricks if suddenly there was a forum because the beauty of this site is its immediate payoffs. Forums get bogged down into so much crap so fast…
Well, jUploader works; that's all I have to say about it. I have been using, and very much prefer, the Flickr Uploadr tool which comes in Windows and OS X versions.
+1 for Irfanview from this Lifehackerite.
Never delete anything? Gimme a break. Do I really need three years of Futureshop e-flyers? Of course not!
Just noticed that [Google.ca] currently does not have the TAB options so I had to switch to [Google.com] to get it. Bah!
I have a feeling that the launch of Windows Live which also has the tabbed interface was a major incentive for Google to get this done. I have only been to M$ Live once, but it's the first thing I noticed and thought "Dang! Google should do this!"
Like others have mentioned, I would like to have more functionality with the star feature. At the very least, I'd like to choose a colour. Too many starred items and you have a useless system, but at least a way to have a few "sub-stars" might be helpful in terms of prioritization...RED means GET 'ER DONE! and GREEN…
I have a very limited amount of space on my Outlook mailbox at work. I have had to archive my PST files onto a shared file server, which is inconvenient and slow when you need to access some historic correspondence.
I am a recent newcomer to the DSLR world, so articles like this are helpful. I know many DSLR owners who use their cameras like a point-and-shoot...yikes! I guess I'm disagreeing somewhat with you, Andy, when I assert that owning a DSLR does not a photographer make. :^)
I do dumb things mostly because I am a procrastinator...I'll write more later...
A lot of content says "US Customers only" at this point. Bah, humbug!
