He’s got what we can only assume/hope is a meaty role in the Watchmen tv series, so while I’d absolutely love Jeremy Irons to stick around, he’s at least been compensated for his commitment to superhero movies.

Also, don’t hire respected, multiple Oscar nominee, Amy Adams for BvS, MoS and JL and have her end up just playing “The Girl”. So many of her scenes in those three just screamed “Are this week’s paychecks in yet?”

Not really that upset he’s gone. I know those movies were shit and he deserved a better movie and probably could direct a good Batman movie, but he’s likely supressed evidence about Harvey Weinstein, his brother Casey and made that gross joke about Supergirl during JL interviews.
