No, Amazon hasn't passed on it. Maybe they will, but literally all that has happened is that one of the many people who are calling Amazon's customer service line was told that Amazon is looking for original content. That's it. Another person who called was told that Amazon would pick it up. Neither statement is

He hates hashtags, don't take it personally.

Someone asked a customer service rep that works for Amazon. That isn't the most solid source.

It breaks my heart to not like a show that opens with Leonard Cohen and closes with Nick Cave, but man that was not great. This show takes itself too seriously to have dialogue that painful.

Ugh, fuck that Utopia remake.

Yesss, Review. The "there all is aching" bit is more profound than anything in True Detective season 1.

A watch-list without Hannibal and Rectify is a damn shame. I'm with you on The Knick, though.

Speaking of, I guess Abigail Spencer is in this? That might just make it worth watching.

No thanks.

I think (and like you, I haven't seen any of the episodes, so it's guesswork) that there's going to be more to Alana's story arc than just being a romantic object, and I can see a lot of potential in Alana learning more about herself and having a connection with someone else who feels damaged. Personally, I feel like

I MISSED THIS SHOW SO MUCH. And this episode did not disappoint. So dreamy, so dark, so funny. And so damn DETAILED. Like, I really love it when this show echoes itself. The flashback scene in which Bedelia has killed her patient directly parallels the scene after Abigail kills Nicolas Boyle. "I can help you, if you

Agreed. I was actually looking forward to the spinoff (even though I didn't plan to watch it) just to get some extraneous characters out of there.

I hope so. Of all the unnecessary remakes, that one might be the most unnecessary.

Yeah, Conan even aired it when interviewing Jon Hamm a few years ago.
