My cat *howls* at my bedroom door and rips up the carpet outside to get in. He can hear that I have music on, he *knows* this. This is a choice he has made. There are plenty of warm, quiet spaces in my house with people to cuddle. But no, he will come in, sit on my bed and scowl at me/meow until the music is off.
