My husband and I live in NC, the southern Piedmont region (Charlotte area), and he has always worn a white v-neck undershirt except with golf shirts. He swears he stays cooler that way, and I can verify his button-downs don’t have rings.

I’ve done it both ways, and for me personally the burrito method is just so much easier, even with a king-sized comforter/duvet, and even on my own (usually husband is home to help but is sometimes on work trips, like today).

I can’t speak for other states, but that’s not the case in North Carolina. This isn’t a pension plan, it’s a purchased annuity. The state buys you a 30-year payment plan which is an asset of your estate.

I love water aerobics, but my hair never stays dry, lol. I’m short enough (5’1”) that that water movement referenced usually results in waves washing up the back of my head at least once. But this is my favorite workout now, 3 times a week. Love it!

I prefer a written-out recipe because I can refer back to it at will, at the point I need help. With a video, you must either know precisely the timeline or FF/REW to where the help you need is. Pain in the you-know-what, IMO.

I have one like the build, only when I bought it in 1997 from Target it was an icky blondish tan. I painted it white enamel to match the trimwork in the house, and it's still going strong. I wouldn't mind having another one, so maybe I'll build one for myself this time.
