I recently took three weeks FMLA for anxiety/stress (I was crying all the time and obsessing about work, having panic attacks, etc.) and my take-away was “fuck this.” So I went into my boss and said, things need to change or I can’t stay here any longer. I’m waiting to see if they will let me go…
