I think the back of the plane loses importance as the youngest one ages. Five minutes at the end is well worth having the bathroom, standing access, and fewer hateful neighbors for me when carrying a baby.

Good note. I’ve never been on a flight that didn’t have changing tables at the back.

My 11 month old will be flying for the third time soon. The painters tape might work. He’s too young for most other distractions listed.

All of this is compounded by the fact that Jay Z hasn’t made an album that’s actually, you know, good, since The Black Album.

I remember a radio traffic guy saying every morning “somebody forgot the eleventh commandment, ‘Thou shall keep that hooptie off of the Interstate’. Every damn morning there were jams because of crap cars.

There are regional factors at play. Mainly the hardness of the water. Here in Phoenix, where water is wildly hard, water heaters and washers go down in flames quickly if you don’t have a water softener. You wouldn’t have to worry about it in Seattle.

I am so upset about this

Avoiding blanket statements is a good thing here. People are acting as if surprises don’t happen. Someone could have been able to afford a new car, then their wife/husband was arrested, sued, or hospitalized. Now they can’t. I’d argue that it wasn’t the buyer’s fault there.

I’m not sure what the driver was doing, but it didn’t seem like there was intent to harm, ever. Those riders are a disgrace.
