I’d probably ride any bike at any power as long as it looks solidly built. I don’t need to use 300hp just because its there. But i would be sketched out if a home build 200hp bike had some rust, loose cables, or anything else dodgey looking.

I vote for a massive raise of the gas tax. As far I as know it was last raised in 1993 and wasn’t indexed. Raised it from thirty-whatever cents per gallon to $1.87 per gallon and index it this time. Use the revenue to fix our god damn bridges and roads.
