Honestly, I’ve never bought a gun online. Most gun stores are small and dont carry everything, but if you walk in and ask them, they can order it for you. To me, I would rather support my local business. You have to go to the gun shop anyway to pick up the firearm.

There is absolutely enforcement of online gun shops, same as there is for brick and mortar gun shops. What makes you think there isn’t?

I get what you are saying, and I’m sure illegal sales do happen over the internet. But large websites with online gun auctions, or websites that sell guns will not be the problem. USPS, FEDEX, UPS, etc. All check for firearms, and report them when necessary.

Yes, and if they ship out of state they ship to an FFL, and it’s perfectly legal. Generally speaking if they sell it in state, they can probably only ship long rifles to someone’s house as a private sale.
